What we do

Newsstand

Newsstand is a 17 year collaboration building an on-line magazine subscription business from a skunkworks project in the corner of the factory, into a multi-million pound business.
It's nice to wake up on a Saturday morning and read the latest issue of your favourite English magazine, even if you live far away. And that is precisely the service that Newsstand Magazines has set up for you. They will regularly post to you any of the 1,000s of magazines on their list, where-ever you are.

INEA Rebuild

A database platform that enables Estate Agents to share and collaborate. What started as a fairly small data sharing application, now has a suite of specialist tools that are all designed to meet the needs of a British Estate Agent - from geo-mapping of properties to automated ‘colour particulars’ and including a range of dedicated email marketing tools that can transform productivity.
The rebuild of the INEA website blends our knowledge of mapping with big data so that agents can share their properties with other members.

How we do it

Specialist IT Services

We're "The IT department" with a range of skills that many large organisations don't even have. If you're looking to hire in specialist skills but don't wish to increase your head count then look no further...

There is no need to manually upload your data to Rightmove

Rightmove have put back their switch-over date until 31st July 2016 and are telling agents that they'll need to manually upload their property data if they can't supply their data in the Real Time Data Feed format.

The Latest from The Dev Team

Eclipse Mining

A mine planning, tracking, QC and reporting package. Used at gold mines in Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Eritrea and soon many others.

Sales tool for targeting estate agents

We made good use of Google Maps, our estate agent database and INEA's property portal to create this nice tool

Newmont Mining

We were originally approached by the owner of a pie shop in Brighton, East Sussex to build a database for one of the World's largest gold producers in Ghana, West Africa. After our initial sceptisism it turned out to be true and one of our crew went on-site for a month whilst one of the World's largest surface mines was being prepared for production.
